Masterclass Registration Form

SIMPLE THREE-STEP REGISTRATION:

1) Fill-out the Registration Form below;

2) Submit registration payment by clicking the payment prompt at the bottom of this form "Buy Now" (the payment prompt will take you to a new window); and 

3) Return to the Registration Form window and submit it by clicking the "Submit Registration" button at the bottom of this form.

 

APPLICATION, ADMISSION, PAYMENT, AND REFUND POLICIES:
 

  1. Applications to the Advanced Conducting and Composer categories will be reviewed and applicants will be informed of their application status one week after submission. The review process is put in place to help applicants find a suitable faculty mentor and appropriate category for participation. Applicants to all other categories will be automatically accepted. Applicants across all categories MUST submit:

    a)  Resume of background, training, and activities; AND​

    b)  A 100-250 word essay describing objectives for this Masterclass and personal church music philosophy.
     

  2. Payment:

 

a)  Full payment is due at time of registration.

 

b)  For 2020 applicants who choose to participate in the 2021 Masterclass, their $100 deposit from 2020 will be applied towards 2021 tuition.

   3.  Refund Policy:
 

a)  If a participant chooses to withdraw in the period from date of registration to May 21, he/she will receive a 75% refund of the tuition cost.

b)  If a participant chooses to withdraw in the period from May 22 to June 4, he/she will receive a 50% refund of the tuition cost.

c)  After June 4, withdrawing participants will not be refunded.
